Full Refund for Cancellations: You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the departure time and receive a full refund, no questions asked. However, refunds will never be given at the ticket booth check-in; you must contact us directly.

No Refund for Missed Boat Tours: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if you miss your boat tour. However, with our convenient departure times, you can reschedule for another day at no additional cost.

Weather-Related Refunds: We do not offer refunds due to bad weather, as our tours operate rain or shine. However, if a tour is canceled by us due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

No Refunds for Onboard Purchases: Please note that no refunds will be given for purchases at the cash bar, liquor, or light snacks onboard.

No Refunds for Parking: No refunds are available for parking at the parking garage.

Our departure location is conveniently situated behind Victoria's Secret on the waterside at 401 Biscayne in Bayside Marketplace.

Check-In Requirements:

You must check in at the designated check-in window. No ID is needed to check in.

A boarding pass is required to board the boat. All you need is the instant confirmation email you received when booking online to get your boarding passes.

Never make the boarding line without your boarding passes.

Important Arrival Information:

Please arrive 30 minutes before your departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so early arrival is recommended to secure your preferred spot.

If you arrive late, you may be placed on the next available departure.

Downtown Miami is known for heavy traffic; please plan your travel accordingly to avoid delays.

• 1:30 PM – Unwind as you explore iconic landmarks like Miami's Star Island and learn fun facts about the famous live on this peaceful Miami Sightseeing cruise.

• Bayside Garage: The most convenient place to park for your Star Island boat tour is at the Bayside Garage. Parking costs about $9 per hour, making it a reliable option for those looking to explore Miami Star Island and its surroundings.

• Biscayne Blvd Meter Parking: Meter parking is available along Biscayne Blvd, providing additional options if the Bayside Garage is full.

• Accessibility: The Bayside Garage offers wheelchair-accessible parking spaces. If you have a wheelchair, please call us ahead of time to ensure the necessary arrangements. For safety reasons, electric wheelchairs are not accepted on the boat.

• Arrival Time: With the Miami Heat season starting in October, traffic in Downtown Miami can be heavy, especially on game days. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find parking and arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled Miami Star Island boat tour to ensure a smooth check-in process. Remember, it won’t be a boat tour but a traffic tour of Miami if you don’t plan accordingly.
